FAQ
I. How many photos do I get?
I know you won't believe us but we aren't your normal photographers. We don’t limit your return. If we edit it, you get it. The sky is the limit here!
II. We want to include our dog in the photos, is that okay?
Bring on all the pups, as long as they are reasonably mannered. We are all about the dog kisses!
III. How long does it take to receive my photos?
For regular sessions, we return the gallery within 3-4 weeks. We usually return sooner but give a little time in case we have equipment issues or ya know life happens. Our wedding contract states we have 100 business days from the time of service. We also usually return early but it takes loads of time to hand edit each photo. We want to ensure we deliver the best quality photos possible!
IV. How do you deliver photos?
We use Pixieset! You will receive an online gallery including all of your photos in a safe, passcode protected link. From the link, you can download your photos to any electronic device and do what you want with them from there! Save to photos, download to computer, import to Google photos, upload on a USB drive, anything you want, the photos are yours!
